About the role

Reporting to the relevant F&B Manager or department leader, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our F&B outlets and help deliver memorable dining and event experiences for our guests.

You will work across Terrace Gardens Restaurant, Cascades Cocktail Lounge, La Boca, Banquets and In-Room Dining, supporting daily service, maintaining high service standards and ensuring our guests receive friendly, professional and attentive service.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic hotel environment, can adapt to changing operational needs and take pride in creating positive guest experiences.

Food & Beverage Attendant – Full-Time

As a Full Time F&B Attendant, you will play an important role in the daily operations of our outlets and functions. You will deliver consistent service standards, build positive guest relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues across the department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, professional and attentive service to hotel guests.
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with restaurant, bar and banquet setup and pack-down.
• Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented service areas.
• Supporting food and beverage service during conferences, events and functions.
• Assisting with In-Room Dining orders and service as required.
• Responding to guest enquiries and communicating any concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Following food safety, responsible service of alcohol (RSA), workplace health and safety and company procedures.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supporting other Food & Beverage operations as required.

Food & Beverage Attendant – Casual

As a Casual F&B Attendant, you will support our team during busy service periods, functions and events, helping deliver a positive experience for every guest.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain or further develop their hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and attentive service to guests.
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with restaurant, bar and banquet setup and pack-down.
• Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented service areas.
• Supporting food and beverage service during conferences, events and functions.
• Assisting with In-Room Dining orders and service as required.
• Responding to guest enquiries and communicating any concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Following food safety, RSA, workplace health and safety and company procedures.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supporting other Food & Beverage operations when required.

About You

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, bar or function environment.
• Current South Australian RSA certification, as required for the role.

Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential. We welcome applicants who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

All successful applicants must be flexible and available to work across a seven day rotating roster, including morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays, in line with operational requirements. Shift allocation and hours will depend on the position and business needs.
