Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service across hotel outlets, including room service where required.
  • Ensure outlets are set up prior to service, including table set-up and clearance.
  • Greet and serve guests promptly, professionally and courteously.
  • Understand the menu, provide recommendations and upsell food and beverage items.
  • Assist with basic food preparation and light cooking as required (training will be provided).
  • Respond to guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure correct pack-down procedures are followed after service.
  • Re-stock fridges to par levels and maintain stock in accordance with outlet stock control guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment in accordance with hotel standards.
