Our flagship restaurant, La Boca Bar and Grill, delivers an immersive dining experience supported by strong leadership and service teams.

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Restaurant Managers (Various Levels) to join our Food & Beverage leadership team.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to fill Restaurant Manager positions across multiple levels within our Food & Beverage operations.

  • Permanent full-time opportunity
  • Salary: $77,000+ plus superannuation
  • Key role in maintaining high service and operational standards

These roles may include responsibilities aligned with:

  • Restaurant Manager
  • Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • Food & Beverage Operations Manager

Successful candidates will oversee service operations, lead teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant and/or bar operations
  • Lead, supervise, and support Food & Beverage teams
  • Prepare rosters and manage staffing levels
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Coordinate service during peak periods (reservations, floor management)
  • Monitor labour costs, service quality, and operational performance
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and hygiene legislation
  • Resolve guest concerns and drive service improvements
  • Prepare reports including sales, stock, and manning structure

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a restaurant or F&B management role
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in a five-star hotel or premium dining venue
  • Exposure to roles such as:
    • Restaurant Manager
    • Assistant Restaurant Manager
    • F&B Operations Manager
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, labour control, and cost management
  • Experience with Opera, Micros, or similar systems
  • Relevant hospitality qualifications
