The Role:
As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of hotel accounts and delivering outstanding guest service during the night shift.
You will be a primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours, managing front desk operations, handling financial reconciliations, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit of hotel accounts, reconciling all revenue, transactions, and reports accurately.
- Ensure the integrity of the hotel’s financial records and prepare reports for management review.
- Check-in and check-out guests during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor hotel security and safety procedures throughout the night shift.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and communications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and assist with any urgent matters.
- Assisting with luggage and transport
- Assisting with Food and Beverage operations including room service.
About You:
- Previous experience in hotel front office, accounting, or audit preferred.
- Familiar with hotel systems example Opera Cloud, POS
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- High level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to respond calmly to unexpected situations.
