About the role
As a Porter/Concierge, you will play an essential role in creating a memorable first and last impression for our guests. You will be the face of the hotel welcoming guests on arrival, assisting with luggage, coordinating transport, and providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance their stay.
This hands-on and guest-facing role requires a proactive and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will work closely with the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and personalised experience from check-in to departure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and assisting with luggage and transport
- Managing guest requests promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate local information and recommendations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in lobby and entrance areas
- Assisting with deliveries, valet parking, and guest inquiries
About You

- Customer service experience, in a similar role is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Thrives in fast-paced constantly moving environment, ability to multi-task
- Adaptable and able to problem solve efficiently
- Perform tasks with focus on attention to detail and integrity
- First Aid Trained (desirable)
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Ability to work flexible roster in line with operational requirements (
