This is a varied and hands-on HR role where no two days look the same – one moment you’ll be managing end-to-end recruitment, and the next you’ll be supporting leaders with employee relations, coordinating WHS initiatives, or rolling out engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Own the employee lifecycle – lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction to set new hires up for success.
- Partner with leaders and employees by providing practical HR and ER/IR advice that builds trust and capability.
- Champion development and wellbeing through coordinating training initiatives, WHS programs, and proactive return-to-work processes.
- Elevate engagement and recognition by supporting programs that celebrate performance, milestones, and culture.
- Deliver operational excellence by maintaining accurate HR records, assisting payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with legislation, enterprise agreements, and Stamford policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications in Human Resources (essential).
- Strong working knowledge of HR principles and their practical application.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A professional yet personable approach to building relationships at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a genuine passion for HR.
- Current police clearance (or willingness to obtain).
