We’re looking for a passionate HR Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee journey across our luxury properties.

 

This is a varied and hands-on HR role where no two days look the same – one moment you’ll be managing end-to-end recruitment, and the next you’ll be supporting leaders with employee relations, coordinating WHS initiatives, or rolling out engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Own the employee lifecycle – lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction to set new hires up for success.
  • Partner with leaders and employees by providing practical HR and ER/IR advice that builds trust and capability.
  • Champion development and wellbeing through coordinating training initiatives, WHS programs, and proactive return-to-work processes.
  • Elevate engagement and recognition by supporting programs that celebrate performance, milestones, and culture.
  • Deliver operational excellence by maintaining accurate HR records, assisting payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with legislation, enterprise agreements, and Stamford policies.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications in Human Resources (essential).
  • Strong working knowledge of HR principles and their practical application.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A professional yet personable approach to building relationships at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a genuine passion for HR.
  • Current police clearance (or willingness to obtain).
