We are seeking a motivated Assistant Outlet Manager to support our team in delivering exceptional service and creating a dynamic guest experience.
About the Role:
As Assistant Outlet Manager, you’ll work closely with the Outlet Manager to oversee day to day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a motivated team.
You’ll be hands on, leading by example, and helping create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.
Our Food and Beverage Team are dynamically flexible, they can be rostered either, in on the AM, PM shifts including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Outler Manager in daily operations and overall venue performance
- Lead, motivate, and train bar staff to deliver exceptional service
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and cash handling
- Maintain compliance with RSA and workplace health & safety requirements
- Drive a positive team culture and ensure guest satisfaction is always the priority
About You:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a bar, pub, or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and detail oriented
- Flexibility in your availability, across a 7 day rotating roster
- Passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or willing to obtain.
- Food Safety and Handling Certificate or willing to obtain.
