About the Role:
Stamford Hotels and Resorts is seeking enthusiastic and professional Client Success Executive to join our team on a casual or part-time basis. This role involves conducting outbound calls to businesses within our existing corporate database to confirm key contact details and identify decision-makers for future engagement.
This is not a cold-calling or sales position. You’ll be speaking with new, existing or previously engaged business contacts to ensure our records are up to date and assist in strengthening and building business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses listed in Stamford Hotels and Resorts’ internal database.
- Verify and update business contact information to ensure database accuracy
- Identify and record key decision-makers within each organisation.
- Maintain accurate and thorough call records using our internal systems.
- Must represent Stamford Hotels and Resorts in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to share relevant insights.
- Generating leads for Sales team.
- Timely follow ups.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow call scripts and data protocols.
- Proven experience in sales environment preferred
- Confident phone manner and ability to engage professionally with corporate contacts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM or data entry systems (training provided).
- Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
- Availability to work flexibly during standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm).
