Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport is looking for a well organised Executive Assistant to the General Manager. 

In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient secretarial and administrative support our General Manager and all other departments as required.

Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative support to the General Manager
  • Correspondence with our guests
  • Manage and handle guest complaints
  • Report formatting
  • Booking and supporting meetings and events
  • Minute taking and follow ups on meetings
  • Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
  • Support with Project Work for other Departments
  • Gathering and compiling reports
  • Managing General Manager’s Calendar
  • Liaise with Head of departments for fortnightly & End of Month reports, ensuring they are completed and compiled
  • Stationery Orders for the office
  • Assistance of the Director of Culinary in administrative duties
  • Other duties as requested by the General Manager

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid understanding of Revenue 
  • Exceptional communication & english skills (verbal and written) 
  • Ability to use full range of PC applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel with a high standard of proficiency in keyboard skills
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Ability to build rapport with members and staff at all levels
  • Experience in records and data management
  • Proven experience in organising and office
  • Previous Personal Assistant experience or hotel operation in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
