The Role
We are currently seeking a full time Night Auditor to join our Front Office team at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport.
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Perform night audit duties under the supervision of Night Manager
- Conduct Hotel security audits
- Ensure cashiering procedures are followed
- Roll over and balance Hotel daily transactions
- Provide quality service to all Hotel customers
The successful candidate must have
- Previous experience in night audit or reception at hotels
- Ability to perform all front office procedures
- Proficiency knowledge in OPERA and Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders
