The Sir Stamford at Circular Quay, is a 5 star 105 room, 4 function room hotel located in the heart of Sydney CBD.
We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to take charge of our Food and Beverage operations.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be accountable for the performance of all Food and Beverage outlets including Dining Room, Bar, and In-Room dining.
To successfully fill this role you will need to have:
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in supervising staff
- Ability to manage operating and labour costs
- Proactive hands on approach
- WHS Management
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Ability to build strong guest and client relationships
- Flexible working hours and available to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts is essential. Along with weekends and public holidays
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role or an Acting F&B Team Leader or Senior F&B Attendant within a 4 - 5 star Hotel environment
- Excellent standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Intermediate computer knowledge particularly in the use of MS Office including Outlook and Micros
- Outstanding communication, written and verbal as well as interpersonal skills
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
