About the role
Due to an exciting period of growth across our suite of luxurious properties within Australia, the Sales and Marketing team in Adelaide seek a modern experienced Marketing professional to execute creative and engage marketing campaigns and strategies, plan marketing events and product launches, develop online presence and content writing for our websites and campaigns. The marketing team performs an integral role in bringing together all function areas to ensure commercial targets are heightened.
Core requirements of your role
- Create, develop and implement all social media and promotional campaigns for Stamford Plaza and Stamford Grand Adelaide, including LaBoca Bar and Grill
- Implement marketing strategies that drive increased awareness of brand and products
- Create and oversee all online marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) content to ensure a modern approach and appealing to all age groups
- Collaborate with the marketing team, executive team and other stakeholders to drive and promote growth
- Reach performance targets by creating strategies that engage frequently with our database
- Assist with and at times lead on-site photos shoots and hotel filming whilst ensuring all relevant administration duties are completed and approved
- Support and identify opportunities with the Area Director of Sales and Marketing to grow and develop loyalty marketing activities and incentive schemes
- Respond to guest postings as appropriate tackling any complaints and issues professionally as a brand champion
- Ensure hotels have appropriate marketing content to include up to date media lists, marketing collateral, photo library, newsletters, brochures, desktop publishing and all matters relating to marketing
About you
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Proven experience of supporting, planning and managing project work to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels of management
- Proven experience of working to and understanding key marketing plans and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe suite, Meta Business, EDM & Portals
- Preferred experience with Google Ads
- Microsoft Office applications, budget management, project and time management
- Full working rights in Australia

This is a full-time placement, Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work.
