Food and Beverage Attendant

Stamford Plaza Melbourne has an exciting opportunity available for a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant (Part Time). 

As the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

In addition to the above, other duties of this position include:

• Exceptional knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Assist in delivering meals to guest floors.
• Manage any guest queries and orders via phone.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers and non-alcoholic drinks. 
• Maintain and clean the F&B functional areas as per health and safety standards. 
• Communicating with other team members and departments for a seamless F&B operation. 

 Stamford Plaza Melbourne is looking for a person with the following attributes:

•  Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or willing to obtain.
• Food Safety and Handling Certificate or willing to obtain.
