About the role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage champions with Barista/ Bartending experience. All our F&B Attendants are responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive an exceptional restaurant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably
- Experience using Micros is an advantage
- Must have a current RSA certificate
- Must hold valid working rights in Australia
Skills and Experience:
- Work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks in an efficient and confident manner
- Up sell and suggestive sell to enhance the guest's experience
- Be one step ahead of the guest, knowing what they need before having to ask
- Deliver exceptional customer service
