About the role
This refreshed role focuses on implementation rather than strategy development, this is a unique opportunity to assist the marketing team in growing Stamford Hotels and Resorts brand image by modernising social media channels and communication pieces. Our Marketing Team perform an integral role in collaboration to ensure monthly and annual commercial targets are exceeded, therefore we seek a passionate professional who’s looking for the opportunity to showcase creative flair. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager.
Core requirements of your role
- Execute tasks based on predefined strategies and plans as outlined by the Group Marketing Manager.
- Primarily involved in tactical execution and operational tasks.
- Ensures that marketing activities are carried out effectively and on schedule.
- Handles the day-to-day implementation of marketing plans.
- Graphic design support for menus, events, reports and templates.
- Work with our website development team to enhance the user experience and regularly update content to showcase properties venue spaces and opportunity.
- Assist in the planning, developing and activation of marketing, promotional campaigns and tactics.
- Assisting in maintaining websites, online marketing and social media sites.
- Maintaining and growing Group and F&B databases.
- Collating Hotel and F&B generated revenue and reports.
- General administration duties within the Marketing department.
About you
This role requires a team player with a can-do local attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills, who has 2+ years’ experience in the hospitality sector.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience of supporting and planning project work to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels of management.
- Proven experience of working to and understanding key marketing plans and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe suite, Meta Business, EDM & Portals.

This is a full-time placement, Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work. Proof of unrestricted Australian working rights required.
