What we are looking for?

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviour, skills and values that follow:


  • Previous experience in the MICE market and social/events
  • A strong ability to prioritise work, excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • An eye for detail, flair and creativity
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • A happy and personable demeanour
  • Intergrity and honesty
  • A true passion to deliver to the highest standards

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Demonstrated prior experience using Delphi, Opera and Outlook MS
  • Previous experience in similar role, Conference & Events within corporate sector
  • Ability to work within a team environment

 What will I be mainly doing in this role?

  • Quote, Negotiate and Contract on residential and non-residential conference business and social/events
  • Event Coordination from conception to completion
  • Client interaction over telephone and email
