Human Resources Manager
Stamford Plaza Melbourne has an exciting opportunity available for an energetic and motivated Human Resources. This is a true generalist role that is well suited to an up and coming Assistant Human Resources Manager or Human Resources Advisor looking for the next step in their career.
If successful in this position you will be responsible for actively providing an effective and professional 'end to end' HR business partnering service to a customer base of approximately 110 employees. As our HR Manager you will be highly proficient providing HR advice and coaching to our team of managers across all components of the employee lifecycle. This role will offer you the opportunity to provide support to managers where you’ll have full responsibility in recruitment, payroll and actively coaching through performance management issues, workplace investigations and providing guidance on all people related matters.

You will be HR qualified and have a strong understanding or experience within a large complex organisation – preferably within the hospitality / people centric environment.
Also.... you will be highly regarded by having strong capabilities in coaching managers with the following:
- Knowledge across current Australian labour law principles and Workplace Health and Safety laws.
- Solid performance management and employee relations expertise.
- Strong payroll acumen; fluent with a time and attendance system such as Kronos and or ConnX.
