Director of Sales
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our Sales and Marketing team at the Stamford Plaza Melbourne.
As a Director of Sales, you will bask in the responsibility in maintaining our active accounts and clients as well as driving future sales and business. This role will also see you enthusiastically networking and attending a wide array of industry events and functions as you sell our brand and stunning guest facilities.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following to the highest standards:
- Excellent personal presentation with highly developed communication skills.
- Demonstrate experience in hotel and tourism environment and the ability to convert enquiries into sales.
- Exercise a high level organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated passion and ability in exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain industry relationships to drive new business opportunities
- Ability to be accountable to a budget
- Ability to use CRM systems
- Ability to drive and motivate the sales team to achieve individual ad overall business targets.
- Be an integral part of the Hotels Leadership group
